Cambio o devolución de mercancías
- El usuario tiene derecho a devolver los productos en un plazo de 14 días a partir de la fecha de recepción si no está satisfecho con su compra. Para proceder con una devolución, el producto debe estar en perfectas condiciones y en su embalaje original. No se aceptarán devoluciones de productos que hayan sido usados o dañados por el cliente.
- Para iniciar el proceso de devolución, el usuario deberá ponerse en contacto con nosotros a través del correo electrónico ch.grupocomercial@gmail.com, proporcionando los detalles de la compra y el motivo de la devolución. Los gastos de envío por las devoluciones correrán a cargo del cliente, salvo que la devolución se deba a un error de Jie Smart o a productos defectuosos.
- Una vez recibidos y verificados los productos devueltos, se procederá a realizar el reembolso correspondiente en el mismo método de pago utilizado para la compra. El tiempo de procesamiento del reembolso puede variar dependiendo del método de pago.
Garantía de Productos
- Todos nuestros productos están garantizados contra defectos de fabricación por un período de 6 meses desde la fecha de compra. La garantía no cubre daños causados por uso indebido, accidentes, modificación del producto o desgaste normal.
- Para hacer válida la garantía, el cliente deberá presentar el comprobante de compra y contactar a Jie Smart a través del correo electrónico ch.grupocomercial@gmail.com. Una vez verificado el defecto, se procederá a la reparación, reemplazo o reembolso del producto, según corresponda.
